Internationally acclaimed flutist Gili Schwarzman performs as a soloist on the most renowned stages in Europe, Musikverein Wien, Berlin Philharmonie, Auditorio Nacional Madrid, Queen Elizabeth London, to name a few, with orchestras such as the Jerusalem Symphony, the Israeli Chamber Orchestra, the Berliner Camerata, the Valencia Symphony, Das Sinfonie Orchester Berlin, the Potsdam Chamber Orchestra, The Hulencourt Soloists in Brussles, North Netherlands Orchestra, European Symphony, Tallinn chamber Orchestra and Iventus Orchestra, among many others. As an enthusiastic chamber musician Gili has also been a regular participant in many presti- gious festivals, such as the Jerusalem Chamber Music Festival, Musique a l’emperi in Salon De Provence, Salzburg Festival, Lucerne Festival, Zagreb Chamber Music Festival and the Rolandseck Festival in Germany, where she share stage and music with some of today’s leading musicians- Daniel Barenboim, Alisa Weilerstein, Yuja Wang, Lisa Batiashvili, Torleif Thedeen, Radek Baborak, Wenzel Fuchs and Emmanuel Pahud, to name a few. In the past three years Gili has been regularly touring with a chamber music group of the Berlin Philharmonic. Gili is often invited to preform and give masterclasses in flute conventions and academies in Europe and Asia. Mrs Schwarzman's performances have been recorded and broadcast by radio stations such as SWR, RBB,WDR Deutschland Radio Culture and BBC. In the season of 2018/19 her new CD, recorded with Alisa Weilerstein, Amihai Grosz, Guy Braunstein and Susanna Yoko Henkel, featuring great arrangements of works by Dvorak,Wolff and Beethoven, will be released by Pentatone Classics. During the years 2007-2012 Mrs. Schwarzman has been a member of the “West-Eastern Divan Orchestra” under the baton of Maestro Daniel Barenboim.
